Fourthwalling: No. Tonnaw isn't the sort to recognize the potential fiction of others.

Hugging this character: Yes! Tonnaw will lift and twirl if you are small or light enough, regardless of gender or predisposition. He will also carry those who don't struggle out of a hug.
Kissing this character: Yes, if warranted. A peck on the cheek is a sign of affection.
Flirting with this character: Yes, Tonnaw will be flattered. He's an old hat at flirtation but only returns it if given first.
Fighting with this character: Yes, though Tonnaw is a big softie. He'd rather resolve a conflict over a keg and a good meal.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, though with Tonnaw's new status as a demigod representative of his people, his thoughts may be masked somewhat. He has the ability to loosely tap into everyone of his species. This means that unless specifically cut off completely from his homeworld (say by a game setting that cuts ties beyond simply physical distance) his personal thoughts are partially hidden by a haze of those connections, none of which are especially discernible unless Tonnaw is tugging on a line and listening in.
Warnings: Not much. Tonnaw loves to make friends and keep the peace, but sometimes his foresight can lead to surprising actions.
